The Carrigan name has been synonymous with quality development in Central Florida since the 1950s. Since then we have developed over 30 subdivisions in Central Florida, mostly around the Union Park and Bithlo area. Founded by R.E. Carrigan, Sr., Carrigan Realty (originally Carrigan and Boland, Inc.) is now in its third generation. After Senior’s passing, his son R.E. “Bob” Carrigan, Jr. took over the company, and the moniker was then changed to Carrigan Properties Inc. in 1971 and further changed to its current name, Carrigan Realty, Inc. in 1995.  We are a family/veteran-owned and operated real estate agency that has been in business serving the East Orange County area for over 70 years.
